Durham Planning Public Notification ServiceSign up for this Public Notification Service to receive at least one monthly email notification with the upcoming, scheduled public hearings for all development applications in Durham City and County that require mailed notice per UDO paragraph 3.2.5B.2.a, Mailed Notice Table, and major site plans. The Service starts after January 15, 2019. NOTE: Mailed notice that is required by the UDO and state law will continue to be sent to owners of property within the required notification distance from a subject property under consideration for a development approval.

Therefore, it desires that firms doing business with the City: * Not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, political affiliation or belief, age, or handicap. * Take affirmative action to insure that applicants are employed and that employees are treated equally during employment, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, political affiliation or belief, age, or handicap. This action includes employment, upgrading, demotion, transfer, recruitment or advertising, layoff or termination, rates of pay or other forms of compensation, and selection for training, including apprenticeship.
