Durham Seeks Input on New Crosswalk Art to Transform West Club Boulevard Pedestrian Safety
The project will help transform the intersection of West Club Boulevard and Glendale Avenue with new crosswalk art, and the community is invited to give input to help inform initial designs by five artists, with a chance to vote on a final design later this winter.

Durham Adopts North Carolina's Safer at Home Phase 3 Extension
Effective today at 5 p.m., Durham has adopted the State's Executive Order 176 which extends Phase 3 through at least December 4, and reduces the indoor mass gathering size to 10 or less. With positive COVID-19 cases increasing, Durham residents are encouraged to follow safety guidelines during this year's holiday season including wearing masks, social distancing, and washing hands.
