UPDATE: The victim has been identified as 17-year-old Zaeveon Hershel Tucker. Tucker had just walked across Driver Street when a vehicle drove by and the occupant(s) fired shots at him. Tucker, who was shot at least once in the back, collapsed in the front yard of Shepherd’s House United Methodist Church at 107 North Driver Street. Tucker was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators are releasing photos of two vehicles (a Dodge Ram and a Ford F150) believed to have been in the area when the shooting occurred. The occupants of these vehicles are NOT considered to be suspects in this case. The Ford F150 is described as a white utility truck with

UPDATE: The man who died has been identified as Kerry Graham Jr., 24, of Durham. No charges have been filed at this time.
Durham police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened late Monday near the intersection of North Dillard Street and Liberty Street.
Several people were standing at a bus stop around 10:30 p.m. when several shots were fired from a passing dark-colored vehicle. Three people were shot during the incident. One man was taken to the hospital where he died a short time later. Two other people – a male and a female – were taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries that do not appear to be life-threatening.
No charges have been filed at this time.
