This hybrid meeting will take place in person in City Council Chambers at City Hall (101 City Hall Plaza) and virtually via Zoom.

Public hearings will be held to discuss the following: Annexation - Parcel K (BDG1800017), 405 TW Alexander (BDG2000012); Zoning Map Change - Parcel K (Z1800037), 405 TW Alexander (Z2000015).
The Durham City Council will hold in person and virtual public hearings on August 2, 2021, at 7 p.m. to hear the following requests:
- Parcel K (BDG1800017) is a request for voluntary contiguous annexation of four parcels of land totaling 140.71 acres located at 2705 and 2725 East US 70 Highway, and 4709 and 4793 Leesville Road.
- 405 TW Alexander (BDG2000012) is a request for a voluntary contiguous annexation of one parcel of land totaling 8.914 acres 405 S. TW Alexander Drive.
Zoning Map Change
- Parcel K (Z1800037) is a request to change the zoning from Rural Residential (RR), Industrial (I), Industrial Park (IP) to Planned Development Residential 5.949 (PDR 5.949) and a proposed change of the Future Land Use Map designation from Low Density Residential, Low-Medium Density Residential, Commercial to Low-Medium Density Residential located at 2705 and 2725 East US 70 Highway.
- 405 TW Alexander (Z2000015) is a request to change the zoning from Office and Institutional with a Development Plan (OI(D)) to Planned Development Residential 19.745 (PDR 19.745) and a proposed change of the Future Land Use Map designation from Office to Medium-High Density Residential located at 405 S. TW Alexander Drive.
