Public hearings will be held to discuss the following: FY 2021-2022 Draft Annual Action Plan Public Hearing (PR#14572); Annexation - Falls Village North (BDG1900005), Triple Crown (BDG2000017); Zoning Map Change - Chandler Run (Z2000010), Falls Village North (Z1900011), Triple Crown (Z2000035A), Harriet’s Place (Z2000021).

FY 2021-2022 Draft Annual Action Plan Public Hearing (PR#14572)
The Citizen Participation Plan contained in the adopted 2020-2025 Consolidated Plan requires that at least two (2) public hearings be held prior to the submission of the Annual Action Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The purpose of this 3rd public hearing is to receive citizen comments on the draft of the 2021-2022 Annual Action Plan for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA).

- Falls Village North (BDG1900005) located at 739 Baptist Road and 117 Santee Road, is a request for a noncontiguous utility expansion agreement of an existing satellite corporate limits totaling 209.19 acres.
- Triple Crown (BDG2000017) located at or around 5424, 5430, 5432, and 5438 Wake Forest Highway, is a request a noncontiguous expansion of the existing satellite corporate limits totaling 183.4388 acres.
- Chandler Run (Z2000010) is a request to change the zoning generally located at Chandler Road and Clayton Road (Arborstone & Greenway Subdivisions) from Residential Suburban-8 (RS-8), Residential Suburban-10 (RS-10), and Planned Development Residential 8.500 (PDR 8.500) to Planned Development Residential 3.118 (PDR 3.118).
- Falls Village North (Z1900011) located at 739 Baptist Road and 117 Santee Road, is a request to change the zoning from Residential Rural (RR), County Jurisdiction to Planned Development Residential 2.883 (PDR 2.883), Rural Residential with a development plan (RR(D)), *City Jurisdiction.
- Triple Crown (Z2000035A) located at or around 5424, 5430, 5432, and 5438 Wake Forest Highway from Residential Rural (RR) and Residential Suburban–20 (RS-20), County to Residential Rural (RR), City.
- Harriet’s Place (Z2000021) is a request to change the zoning located at 312 East Umstead Street and 1206 Dawkins Street, is a request to change the zoning from Residential Urban-5(2) (RU-5(2)) to Residential Urban Multifamily with a development plan (RU-M(D)).
