Planning & Administration


The Planning and Administration Division provides administrative and management services for the Durham Fire Department.  These services ensure accurate budgeting, program and policy research, equipment and facilities management and comprehensive strategic planning. 

Fire Reports

Residents may request a Fire Report in one of the following ways:
  1. Complete a Fire Report Request form
  2. Call 919-560-4242, Ext. 19253

EMS Report Online Request

If you submit a request for an EMS report online, you must retrieve the requested report at the City of Durham Fire Administration Office Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Once at our administration office, you will be required to provide identification prior to receipt of the report.  Please coordinate pickup of this report by emailing or by calling 919-560-4242, Ext. 19253.
