The Planning and Administration Division provides administrative and management services to further the mission of the Durham Fire Department. These services ensure proper budgeting, program and policy research, equipment and facilities management and comprehensive strategic planning.

If you submit a request for an EMS report online, you must retrieve the requested report at the City of Durham Fire Administration Office Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Once at our administration office, you will be required to provide identification prior to receipt of the report. Please coordinate pickup of this report by emailing Maria.Ratliff@DurhamNC.gov or by calling 919-560-4242, Ext. 19253.
