PROJECT DESCRIPTION



This project involves the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for 
the complete installation of asphalt pavement and repairs, sidewalk, curb and gutter (concrete & granite), (ADA) curb ramps, driveway apron and brick pavers at various locations within the City of Durham where Water & Sewer repairs were performed.

PROJECT STATUS

Project is re-advertised. Bids shall be opened, unless obviously non-responsive, at the time and place indicated in the Advertisement or Invitation to Bid and read aloud publicly. In observance of social distancing guidelines, the bid opening will be conducted via Zoom meeting (link will be provided within 24 hours of bid opening) at City Hall and bidders are prohibited from being physically present.

Bids will be collected either by password protected PDF emailed to
Mike.boyd@durhamnc.gov or hand delivered to 101 City Hall Plaza, Durham, N.C. 27701 by the pull off area on N. Mangum Street where a City of Durham representative will be collecting bids from 1:30 P.M. and 2:00 P.M.. 

POSTAL AND FAX DELIVERY OF BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
