To help reduce the spread of COVID-19,  in-person meetings & appearances are considered on a case-by-case basis. You may also use this form to request an appearance at a virtual event.

How do I request the Mayor attend or APPEAR at a community event?

Please complete the Appearance & Event Request Form to send your request to the Office of the Mayor.

Completion of this form does not guarantee the Mayor’s participation. A member of his staff will contact you to confirm availability.
