​Submittal of Test and Maintenance (T&M) Reports

  • All existing backflow T&M reports shall be submitted online using your login under "Testing Companies" at https://bsionline.com.
  • For new installations, replacements, or any test associated with a backflow permit, please continue to email those in PDF format to CCCProgram@DurhamNC.gov.

Plan Review - Building Permit Information

CCC Online Payments


  • Class registration, trip charges, willful and unwillful violations, and any other CCC charges shall be paid online at the PAYMENTUS CCC One-Time Payment portal. When making a payment, please select the appropriate payment type and enter the appropriate information. Once payment has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and a copy will be sent to CCCProgram@DurhamNC.gov. Your payment will be applied appropriately.
  • All Backflow Permits, Re-Inspection fees, Cross Connection Plan Review fees, etc. shall be paid online using LDO.
