Northeast and Crooked Creek Watershed Improvement Project

The City of Durham Public Works Department is launching the Northeast Creek and Crooked Creek Watershed Management Implementation Project. The City has contracted with Brown and Caldwell Environmental Engineers to work with City’s Engineering and Stormwater Services Division to prepare an engineering study and assessment of the Northeast Creek and Crooked Creek watersheds. A summary of the goals and objectives of the project were presented at a meeting of the Environmental Affairs Board on June 1, 2011. For information, contact Sandra Wilbur.
