Engineering Division

The mission of the Engineering Division is to provide the City the highest quality and seamless services for the design, contracting and inspections of Public Works Infrastructure.   Public Works Infrastructure consists of streets, water and sewer system extensions, storm water collection systems, sidewalks and associated accommodations for the disabled.
 
Michael M. Hughes, PE, (*30266) is the assistant manager of engineering and oversees the staff, projects, and services provided by the Engineering Division. The division is organized into three sections “Design and Survey”, “Contracting” and “Engineering Inspections”.  The supervisors of the each of the sections are listed below, please email or call any of our staff.  There are also links to web pages that provide additional detail for each Section.
