Home Energy Savings Program Application

 
After reviewing eligibility requirements, apply by filling out these three documents:

1.  Application – online or download. NOTE – if you apply online, 
     you still must download, sign and send in the rest of the
     required documents.
2.  Duke Energy authorization OR PEMC Authorization
3.  For homeowners - Home Agreement or
     For landlord/renters – Landlord/Tenant Agreement
 
If your home has natural gas, propane, fuel oil, a dryer or a fireplace, you must also download and fill out these documents:
 
4.  Combustion Appliance document
5.  PSNC Authorization (if applicable)
6.  HESP oil propane agreement final (if applicable)
 
Completed applications may be sent to:
