DURHAM, N.C. — In order to better accommodate the planned Halloween festivities in the West Club Boulevard neighborhood, the City of Durham’s sewer replacement project site will be shutting down at noon on Wednesday, October 31. The construction site will be left safe, cleaned up, and street barricades removed on West Club Boulevard by 4 p.m. on October 31.
The construction site, located between Alabama Avenue and Virginia Avenue, will be closed again to resume construction beginning at 9 a.m. on Thursday, November 1.
