Preventive Maintenance & Work Orders
Services provided under facilities management affect the safety, health, and working conditions of residents and City workers. A scheduled preventive maintenance program for all City buildings is monitored by this division through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Work orders are generated for this division through the same CMMS. Areas of work are preventive maintenance, repairs, and improvements to City facilities and real estate properties.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting. These services are provided on both a routine and emergency basis.
