The Planning and Administration Division provides administrative and management services to ensure proper and adequate budgeting, program and policy research, equipment and facilities management and comprehensive strategic planning to further the mission of the Durham Fire Department.

EMS Report Online Request
If you submit a request for an EMS report online, you must retrieve the requested report at the City of Durham Fire Administration Office Monday - Friday form 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Once at our administration office, you will be required to provide identification prior to receipt of the report.
