For availability, complete a Trail and Event Field Rental Application Form or contact our reservations specialist by email, call 919-560-4355, ext. 27202, or visit our Administration Office at 400 Cleveland Street, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

All fees are due 30 days in advance of the rental. If a reservation is requested less than 30 days prior to the event, rentals may not be guaranteed and all fees must be paid in full at the time of the request.

Renters may change an application for permit information (i.e. times, estimated attendance, etc.) up to 14 days prior to the requested date. At 14 days prior to the requested date, information provided on the application for permit will become binding; all information provided must be accurate.
