20 20 20 Cardio
W.D. Hill Recreation Center | January 22-May 21
Engage in full body circuit style exercise routines that range from low to high intensity, interspersed with rest periods. 20 minutes with resistance bands, 20 with light dumbbells, and 20 utilizing your own weight.

African Cardio Blast
W.D. Hill Recreation Center | January 6-May 26
A unique workout that includes dance movements from various regions of the African continent. A drummer accompanies the workout.

Boot Camp
Edison Johnson Recreation Center | January 17-May 30
A group physical training program designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of workouts mixing traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval and strength training.

CABA (Cardio, Arms, Buns, Abs)
I.R. Holmes, Sr., Rec. Center at Campus Hills | January 16-May 29
This circuit class focuses on increasing cardiovascular strength, abdominals, glutes, triceps, biceps, and shoulders. A variety of equipment will be used.

CardioSculpt
Walltown Park Recreation Center | January 3-May 30
This cardio fitness class will work your core, burn fat, and tone muscles.

Complete Core
Walltown Park Recreation Center | January 8-May 21
Train and strengthen the core muscles in the pelvis, lower back, hips, and abdomen to improve midsection strength, balance and coordination. The class will use mats, stability balls and resistance bands.

Daytime Yoga
I.R. Holmes, Sr., Rec. Center at Campus Hills | January 18-May 31
This form of exercise uses breath control, meditation, and specific body poses to practice health and relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat to class.

Healthy Habits Through African Movement
W.D. Hill Recreation Center | January 3-May 30
Creative movement designed to uplift your health in body, soul, and mind. It builds stamina and cardio, encourages healthy eating habits, and promotes a positive mind set. Weigh-ins, blood pressure screening, and discussions with local knowledgeable health professionals take place following the workouts.

Hip Hop Line Dance
CFLRC at Lyon Park | January 22-April 16
Exercise your body and mind by dancing to lively, upbeat music.

Hula Hoop Fitness
Edison Johnson Recreation Center | January 17-May 30
Hooping provides cardio conditioning and strength training using lightly weighted hoops designed specifically for exercising. All fitness levels welcome.

Pound Fitness
Edison Johnson Recreation Center | January 10-May 30
Pound fuses cardio interval training with drumming to provide a challenging, heart pumping workout.

Soulful Line Dance
W.D. Hill Recreation Center | January 22-May 21
Exercise your body and mind by dancing to lively upbeat music from the 1970s to today, combining low, moderate, and high energy line dance routines that will help you burn calories. No previous dance experience is necessary.

Burn calories and stay motivated with stationary bike aerobics that are synced to upbeat music.

Tai Chi Heavy Ball

Participants will learn a style of Tai Chi with a weighted ball to promote a calm, focused mind and improve mind-body coordination.

Yoga
