In Old Farm: All streets that were getting the 3" or 1.5" mill will begin to be overlaid 10/8. Speed humps will begin to be installed in about 2 weeks.
Other locations receiving notices: Your streets are getting a treatment of Reclamite. This is a treatment of oils to help the street last longer. The process will only take a few hours. They will spray the oils on the street. It will look pink when it goes on, but will dry with no color. After about 20 minutes, they will sand the street and leave the area. They will return the following day to sweep the street. For more information and frequently asked questions about this treatment, please see the link on the right titled "Pavement Preservation FAQ".
