TC1800002 - Omnibus Changes 12: Technical and other amendments to various sections of the UDO, and amendments regarding the neighborhood protection overlay process and standards for mailbox clusters for residential developments.

The Durham Planning Commission will hold the public hearing on Tuesday, October 9, 2018, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at 101 City Hall Plaza, 1st Floor.

TC1800006 – Private Streets: A privately-initiated request to amend paragraph 12.2.2, Other Forms of Access, for the allowance of private streets for single-family subdivisions in the County jurisdiction.

Zoning Map Changes
Barbee Road/54 Townhouses (Z1800011) is a request to change the zoning designation of property located at 1007 East NC 54 and 6452 Barbee Road from Commercial General with a Development Plan (CG(D)) to Commercial General with a Development Plan (CG(D)).

Christian Avenue (SC1600008)
To permanently close a 0.781 acre (approximately 331 linear foot) portion of public right-of-way of Christian Avenue, north of Hillsborough Road, west of Wortham Street.

Case Street II (SC1800007) To permanently close a 330.08 linear foot portion of public right-of-way at south of West Pettigrew Street, east of Erwin Road, and west of Swift Avenue.
