Compliment to 1 of Your Reps at Durham One Call
I just wanted to compliment on how professional and articulate Thomas (Vanhook) was today when he processed my work order to get a damaged table picked up at my home. Please continue to hire this type of staff in Durham. It was very pleasing and comforting.

Thanks again for your crew's help on Saturday at the Strawberry Festival! The two Durham Parks and Rec employees who came out to assist on May 2nd were wonderful to work with. They were fantastic at helping the community get Old North Durham Park ready for the Community Festival that brought in over 5,000 people. They were very professional in the way they worked side by side with the community. We wouldn't have been able to do it without them! And Kenneth was terrific and very responsive in coordinating everything on the Friday prior to the festival. Please pass along our gratitude!
Thank you.

When my wife and I swam at EJAC this morning, I was delighted to see a new informational sign. It stated that the facility will be closed the last week of May in order to rework plumbing (warm water, yeah) and install swimsuit water extraction gear (finally no more wet suits).
Thanks for listening to the voice of the customer. I can tell you that this news is greatly appreciated!

Dear Ms. Parker
I hope all is well. I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the staff at Walltown - what a great community center and what wonderful people. Ms. Felicia (I may have spelled her name wrong - sorry) is wonderful. She greets everyone and makes a point to learn names - so she always greets me by name. She makes me feel welcome and part of the Walltown family. I really hope she gets recognized for her hard work - she has a smile for everyone and makes time for everyone. She never makes you feel like you are bothering her, even when you can tell she is working on several things at once! Great customer service is so rare these days, but Ms. Felicia could teach lessons!
Sincerely,

Dear Mr. Bonfield
I just wanted to send a quick note of praise for your graffiti removal teams in the NIS Department. The back of our buildings at 709-711 Washington Street were hit sometime late last week. This is the old NAPA warehouse across the street from Stone Bros, that we will be converting into a new space for Blue Note Grill and the Durham Distillery. I reported the graffiti (which maybe covered a 6 foot by 8 foot section) last Friday and the it was removed yesterday. So thank you and please pass our gratitude on to the folks in NIS that helped us out.
