Human Resources Department

The Human Resources Department is responsible for developing, interpreting, and administering the personnel program and policies that govern all City employees. This includes: recruitment, selection, benefits, employee relations, compensation and classification, and security, maintenance and disclosure of all Personnel Records; developing and interpreting personnel policies and accepting applications for City Employment.

The administrative offices are located on the first floor of City Hall, 101 City Hall Plaza. For information, call the Human Resources Department at (919) 560-4214, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m..
